Shipping & Delivery

At Cranium Furniture, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight, and size of items. Exact shipping charges are calculated at the time of purchase or by calling 1-866-508-8899. Items ordered together may not ship together.

1. Cranium Furniture will not ship to a P.O. Box address
2. Cranium Furniture will not ship to addresses outside of the U.S
3. A signature is required on all shipments
4. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery

Please note: All shipping charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

Return Policy

We are proud of our accessories collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with Cranium Furniture's accessories, which include sheets, comforters, bedspreads, mattress pads, pillow cases and pillow shams, we will gladly provide you a merchandise refund for your order within the first 10 days of reciept of your order.

All returns must by authorized in advance by obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA, please email us at customers at craniumfurniture dot com. Please include your name, address, phone number, and order ID# in your correspondence, along with your reason for returning the item(s). You will be issued an RA within 48 hours. Your RA must be clearly printed on the outside of returned packages. Cranium Furniture does not refund the original cost of shipping. Any items returned without obtaining an RA will be automatically sent back to the customer at his/her expense.

Sorry, we can not accept returns on any furniture products since they are custom colored to your tastes.
